P.V. Servings: 1 Ingredients:
1 serving chicken breast (150g)
½ cup broccoli
1/2 cup spinach
handful raw organic baby spinach
salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
- Cook chicken breast by baking, broiling, grilling or boiling.
- Cube chicken into bit size pieces.
- Pour chicken broth into a small sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, broccoli, spinach and bay leaf.
- Cook until broccoli is tender about 10 minutes.
- Remove bay leaf, serve and enjoy!
