Our classes include:

Morning Spark – Morning Spark is a 60-minute, high-intensity circuit training class using resistance exercises to tone and condition muscles while using explosive cardio intervals to raise metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.

Cardio Box – Cardio Box is a 60-minute, high-intensity circuit training class combining all the benefits of our Cardio Sculpt series with the added muscle-toning, extreme fat-burning benefits of boxing.

Business Boxing – Business Boxing is the perfect lunchtime workout for busy corporate-types looking to fit fitness into their hectic schedules. No need to go to the gym as we bring the gym to you. These freestyle classes are a combination of circuit training and freestyle boxing. This is a fun, energetic workout designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning, burn fat and build muscle.

KidFit – Parents beware! KidFit is highly contagious. These fitness classes are specifically designed to give your child the opportunity to engage in physical activities in a safe, non-threatening, non-competitive environment. KidFit is supervised by trained professionals specialising in child education, fitness and nutrition.

Cardio RunFit – RunFit is our "signature" fitness class made famous by DirksHealth founder, and world renowned personal trainer Dirk Hansen. RunFit can be challenging enough for the most serious of runners, yet inviting enough for all ages and skill levels.

Sunrise Circuit - Wake up with DirksHealth. This 60-minute, high-intensity outdoor circuit training class brings the best of our Cardio Sculpt classes to the great Aussie Outdoors. Join us for some fun, sun and run.

The Eye Opener - The Eye-opener is a 60-minute, high-intensity circuit training class guaranteed to kickstart your day. Using resistance exercises and using explosive cardio intervals it tones and conditions muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.

Pilates - Balance out your workouts with core strengthening and total body stabilization exercises. By applying Pilates principles to your routine exerices you will not only get stronger but decrease your risk of injury.

Weekend WakeUp - Get your weekend wake up call with our 60-minute, high-intensity circuit training class combining all the benefits of our Cardio Sculpt series with the added muscle-toning, extreme fat-burning benefits of boxing to kickstart your weekend with a bang.
