Our knowledge guides us; we understand many training techniques, we’ve seen all body types, we’ll ask you about your past successes and failures then we’ll formulate this into goals and a personalised training plan.

Under the guidance of a qualified personal trainer you will learn new exercises, and most importantly get results, whether this is fat loss, strength and tone or flexibility. We are goal orientated and specialise in weight loss,aerobic fitness and muscle toning, but also offer expert advice and training in many other areas.
