Greek Yoghurt and BerriesFruit Requirements & Serving Sizes:

  1. You may have 1 serving of any of the following fresh fruits in place of a starch on Baseline days when indicated on your meal planner.
  2.   1.   No fruits on Carb Down days.

2.  Serving size men = 1 to 1½ cups. Women = ½ to 1 cup.

3.  NO fruit juices.
