“When I began at DirksHealth I lost 23kg and wanted to get fit and strong. I was just turning 60! The first 4 months was personal training only. I began to get much fitter and stronger. Then my trainer gave me a goal of City to Surf. Did that. Then a month later did a half marathon. My trainer gave me confidence in my ‘Inner Athlete’. I have now directed more energy to becoming a Sprint Triathlete. The encouragement of everyone at DirksHealth was fabulous, always making me feel terrific about my achievements. I now love keeping fit and strong.
